Also, Gold Medal holds our annual company picnic at a local Cincinnati attraction, like Kings Island or the Cincinnati Zoo, where employees and their families are invited to enjoy a day full of fun, food, prize giveaways, and community. We take pride in the longevity of our employees through our Service Awards program that rewards individuals for each five-year increment of employment with our company. Last, but certainly not least, Gold Medal offers an impressive profit sharing program, which encourages every employee to do his/her part to help us achieve our best each and every year.
