James "Bo" Wilson has been appointed the president of Tri-State Theatre Owners Convention. For more than 50 years, the trade show has been a wealth of information for major chains and theatre owners from Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, and Mississippi. During this two-year term, Wilson will work with the board members to "carry on the tradition of putting on a great show where vendors and attendee's continue to grow using the information we provide."

Wilson, East Regional Sales Manager for Gold Medal Products Co., was vice president for two years after being part of the convention board for six years. He is succeeding Chris Hopkins.
