0:10 Before you begin make sure you have read and understand the operator’s manual, installation instructions, and all other safety instructions before setting up and using this equipment.

0:36 Installation of the PopClean Elite Popper Series poppers should be performed by qualified service personnel and the fire suppression system, if equipped, must be charged and activated by an ansul-certified representative.

1:00 Once your popper is unpacked and installed, and you have an empty bucket of oil in the unit, you are now ready to calibrate your oil level indicator.
1:24 First, turn on the main power switch and press display select until display reads Oil Level Cal.
1:35 Press Oil Level calibration to set it to 0%.
1:39 Verify that the display reads Oil Level Cal. Cal 0% Done.
1:45 If correct, press Display Select.
1:50 Next, take out the empty bucket of oil and replace it with a full bucket of oil in the unit.
3:17 Press the oil level calibration to set it at 100%.
3:22 Verify that the display reads Oil Level Cal. Cal 100% Done.
3:28 If correct, press the Display Select to accept the 100%. You have now calibrated the oil level.
3:36 Now that your oil level is set, you will need to calibrate the pump.
3:39 Make sure the kettle is completely cool before calibration and taking volume measurements.
3:46 First, remove the oil funnel on top of the kettle.
3:55 Hold a measuring cup under the oil delivery tube in the popper.
4:01 First, press the Dispense Oil button. The oil pump will turn on.
4:06 As soon as the oil starts to flow out of the delivery tube, press Dispense Oil and the pump will dispense oil for ten seconds.
4:23 After the pump is finished press Display Select.
4:26 If the oil amount shown on the screen matches what is in the measuring cup press Display Select again to accept.
4:34 If the oil volumes do not match, press the up arrow to increase the oil volume or press the down arrow to decrease the oil volume.
4:42 Once the volumes match, press Display Select to accept.
4:47 Press Display Select until machine is in idle mode.
4:52 Turn power off to save settings and reinstall the oil funnel.
4:58 Now that your oil level and pump are calibrated, you are ready to pop some popcorn.
5:05 First, turn on the main power switch if the popper is not already on.
5:11 Next, select your recipe by selecting Butterfly popcorn, Salt flavoring and select your popcorn load size.
5:21 Then you will need to turn on the rest of the machine.
5:24 Turn on the equipment in the following order: Oil Master; Popcorn Crisper; Filter System; Kettle Heat. When you turn on the kettle heat it will automatically turn on the popcorn agitator.
5:40 Next, you need to prepare and measure your popcorn and Flavacol salt.
5:58 When the light next to the Load Corn Oil lights up, your kettle is ready.
6:04 Load in your corn and Flavacol,
6:10 then press Dispense Oil.
6:13 Your popcorn will start popping and when the Dump Kettle light illuminates, it is time to dump the kettle.
6:23 If you are done cooking popcorn, press the Kettle Heat button to turn off the kettle.
6:29 Otherwise, repeat the process when the Load Corn Oil lights up.
6:35 Take your popcorn scoop and gently move the popcorn around to separate out any unpopped kernels.
