Holiday-Themed Waffles

Holiday-Themed Waffles

Give your customers two reasons to smile: with great taste and cute overload! These holiday-themed waffles are sure to be a crowd-pleaser this season.

Chocolate Reindeer Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 bag #5018 Old Fashioned Waffle Mix
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • pretzels
  • candy eyes
  • red-colored popcorn

Directions

  • Pour Waffle Mix into a bowl and add 5 cups water. Mix using a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Add the remaining 5 cups water and whisk until combined.
  • Add 1/2 cup baking cocoa and mix.
  • Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Pour waffle batter into a seasoned waffle iron.
  • Bake for approx. 3 1/2 minutes at 400°F.
  • Insert broken pretzels for antlers; place candy eyes and red popcorn for Rudolph nose; serve.

Green Christmas Tree Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 bag #5018 Old Fashioned Waffle Mix
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/3 cup #2294 Green Apple Signature Blends flavor
  • whipped cream
  • sprinkles

Directions

  • Pour Waffle Mix into a bowl and add 5 cups water. Mix using a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Add the remaining 5 cups water and whisk until combined.
  • Add 1/3 cup Green Apple Signature Blends flavor.
  • Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Pour waffle batter into a seasoned waffle iron.
  • Bake for approx. 3 1/2 minutes at 400°F.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles for Christmas tree appearance and serve.

Red Velvet Santa Hat Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 bag #5018 Old Fashioned Waffle Mix
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/3 cup #2615 Red Velvet Cake Additive
  • White Alpine Chocolate Wafers #5369
  • whipped cream
  • sprinkles

Directions

  • Pour Waffle Mix into a bowl and add 5 cups water. Mix using a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Add the remaining 5 cups water and whisk until combined.
  • Add 1/3 cup #2615 Red Velvet Cake Additive and mix.
  • Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Pour waffle batter into a seasoned waffle iron.
  • Bake for approx. 3 1/2 minutes at 400°F.
  • Drizzle with melted White Alpine Chocolate Wafers.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles for santa hat appearance and serve.
