Mojito Mocktail

Add variety and value to your summer drink menu with this easy and tasty Mojito Mocktail - delicious with or without spirits added.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2oz Hawaii's Finest® Lime Sno-Kone Concentrate #1034
  • 3 teaspoons Sweet Selections® Green Mint Flavor #1379
  • 12oz sparkling water

Directions

  • Fill a one-gallon jug half full with hot water
  • Add 4 cups sugar
  • Add 2oz Hawaii's Finest® Lime Sno-Kone Concentrate #1034
  • Add 3 teaspoons Sweet Selections® Green Mint Flavor #1379
  • Shake to dissolve
  • Fill jug to the top with water

To Serve:

  • Add 3oz mojito syrup to 16oz glass with ice
  • Top with 12oz can of sparkling water
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and/or lime if desired
