Spicy Cheddar Jalapeno Bacon

Every bite of Spicy Cheddar Jalapeño Bacon Popcorn packs a punch of spice, a smooth cheddar taste, and a smoky finish that keeps you coming back for more. This is popcorn with an edge!

 

Ingredients

  • 8 gallons of butterfly or mushroom popcorn popped in white coconut oil – no salt
  • 4 cups Premium Cheddar Pure Gold®
  • 3/4 cup Jalapeño Signature Shakes®
  • 6 Tbsp. Bacon Signature Shakes
  • 1 cup Five Alarm Blazen
  • 4 Tbsp. Ghost Pepper Flavacol

Directions

  • Spoon 4 cups of Cheddar Cheese into a measuring cup and microwave (15 seconds at a time, stir in between) until melted.
  • Once melted, stir in the Jalapeño, Bacon, and Five Alarm. Mix well.
  • Add 8 gallons of popped popcorn to the tumbler.
  • Turn on tumbler.
  • Slowly add the melted cheese to the popcorn.
  • After 30 seconds, sprinkle on Ghost Pepper Flavacol.
  • Allow popcorn to tumble, fully coat, and dry. Estimated time will vary depending on environment (roughly 15-20 minutes).
